Challenge
Without a shared project collaboration tool, The Flavor Group’s Project Managers were not able to see global timelines and milestones for events. As a result, deadlines would overlap and communication between teams was breaking down. The Flavor Group was also suffering from a loss of organizational history, as a wide variety of creative people were brought into projects for limited periods of time, taking that information with them when they left.
